Supports the origination and structuring of corporate lending transactions, and coordinates with other products as an integral part of a larger coverage team that maintains strong client relationships. Includes providing lending expertise for a variety of sectors, establishing credit facilities to support trading products business and facilitating credit approvals in support of Trade Finance products. Cross sells Corporate Banking products (e.g. FX / treasury products, cash management & corporate cards, commodities, investment management, securitization, leasing, Trade Finance products, etc.) to BMO Capital Market clients. Also provides ongoing management of the lending portfolio.

Qualifications:

Typically 9+ years of relevant experience and post-secondary degree in related field of study or an equivalent combination of education and experience.Undergraduate degree has focal areas of finance, economics, or accounting preferred with high academic achievement.MBA, CFA or equivalent experience in financial services, accounting and legal fields.Minimum of 10 years of relevant experience in investment banking, negotiating and structuring financial transactions. This should include some in a corporate lending environment developing business.Relevant Business Services Sector experience is highly desired.Excellent knowledge of the organizational lending and portfolio management policies and objectives.Excellent knowledge of the bank’s financial solution products and services.Managerial, change management and leadership experience.Ability to create and deliver professional product ideas and presentations.Exceptional analytical skills. Expertise in financial computer applications and database management tools.Seasoned expert with extensive industry knowledge.Technical leader viewed as a thought leader for innovation.Verbal & written communication skills - Expert.Analytical and problem solving skills - Expert.Influence skills - Expert.Collaboration & team skills; with a focus on cross-group collaboration - Expert.Able to manage ambiguity.Data driven decision making - Expert.

Salaries for part-time roles will be pro-rated based on number of hours regularly worked.
