Job Description:
TD FCRM Department Overview and Expectations
The TD Global Financial Crime Risk Management department is accountable for establishing TD's Global Anti-Money Laundering (AML), Anti-Terrorist Financing (ATF), Economic Sanctions and Anti-Bribery/Anti-Corruption (ABAC) (collectively, Financial Crime Risk Management) program to ensure that all TD businesses adhere to AML/ATF/Sanctions/ABAC regulatory expectations in all jurisdictions where TD operates. This includes setting consistent standards across business segments that may be further tailored to specific business or jurisdictional requirements; conducting periodic enterprise-wide AML/ATF/Sanctions/ABAC risk assessments; maintaining the Global AML Policy (including Know Your Customer and Enhanced Due Diligence, record keeping & retention requirements); currency transaction and suspicious transaction monitoring and reporting; screening TD customers against regulatory watch lists; a hierarchy of designated AML officer functions; enterprise-wide and specialized AML training of employees; and independent AML testing.
Job Profile Summary:
The Managing Lead, Financial Crimes Risk Management Business (FCRM) Initiative Delivery is a critical role within our organization, accountable for deliver of numerous assigned business initiatives within FCRM. These business initiatives include (but are not limited to) internal and external small to complex initiatives, operational efficiency improvements, process reengineering, regulatory remediation activities etc. Such initiatives are often spanning multiple functions and/or business groups. The Managing lead holds the primary relationship with executive sponsors for these initiatives and ensures that a successful business outcome is the prime measure of success.
The incumbent has breadth and depth of understanding of FCRM and is able to facilitate communication between other stakeholders efficiently and effectively. The Managing Lead directs, manages, and coordinates team members including business and technology resources, user groups, internal and external consultants and contractors, as well as vendors and external organizations.
