  Managing Partner - Hightech  
The Global Account Director orchestrates all SAP resources, leveraging the SAP partner ecosystem, and owns the accountability for the joint multi-year vision, strategy, and customer success objectives. 
The GAD will grow customer lifetime value (CLTV) through expansion and cross-sell business solutions that create value, deliver industry innovation, and result in flagship references from the customer’s business transformation journey. Through relentless focus on solution adoption, consumption and value delivery, the GAD ensures profitable total revenue growth and has the credibility to position SAP’s novel capabilities that leverage the existing SAP footprint and solve the customer’s most complex business challenges.     Key to your success as GAD will be your ability to:    Orchestrate and lead the execution of the account strategy, incorporating Software, Cloud, Services, Support/Maintenance, Partners and Channels (including OEM). Create and Execute Digital Transformation 3-5 Year Road Mapping, ensuring the alignment of SAPs Virtual Account Team to deliver on Business Outcomes. Develop long term c-level relationships, create and manage a strong joint SAP-customer governance model, and ensure that the SAP assigned executive sponsor is appropriately engaged. Lead Integrated Account Planning and ensure that SAP footprint is expanded with involvement of all relevant LOB’s and strategic engagement with SI partners. Collaborate with the customer; Institute a Strategic Customer Engagement Model driving Bidirectional Strategic Road Maps.   Experience:   Many years of business experience in Sales or Consulting with complex business software / IT solutions, deep specified industry/domain expertise. Several years of Large Account Management experience / leading account teams. Industry knowledge of the Hightech/Semiconductor sector. Knowledge of SAPs Service and Support offerings is a plus.  Strong experience as (an Associate) Partner or GAM at System Integrator preferred. Several years of Business Consulting Management or Value Engineering. Experience with long term planning of resources, technology and account structure.   Skills:   Exceptional communication skills in English, able to effectively communicate in every environment, including informing and presenting to CxO level. Knowledge of financial, regulatory environment. Strategic thinker with high degree of creativity and innovation.   Location: this position is based in the Netherlands and we are not able to consider candidates who require a relocation
