Managing Principal - Construction

We are seeking a talented individual to join our Marsh Specialty – Construction Practice team at Marsh. This role will be based in Sydney. This is a hybrid role that has a requirement of working at least three days a week in the office.

We will count on you to:

Manage and grow a portfolio of large and complex construction industry accountsDevelop and maintain strong client relationships as a trusted advisorDrive new business development and support tender responses for major construction projectsDeliver tailored risk management and insurance programs to meet client needsCollaborate with insurers to provide placement solutions for annual and project-specific requirementsSupport and develop team membersRepresent Marsh at industry events, conferences, and client functions

What you need to have:

Strong experience in Construction Insurance BrokingValid insurance broker’s licenseExcellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skillsStrong business acumen and problem-solving abilitiesTier 1 FSRA Compliance (essential)
