Managing Regional VP, Franchise Sales - US Based Remote

We are currently looking for a Managing Regional Vice President for Better Homes and Gardens Real Estate within the Anywhere Brands.

Sales Leadership: Accountable and passionate about developing the Franchise Sales team in a multifaceted sales market. Motivated to assist with recruiting, developing, & retaining impactful sales talent. Coach: Passionate about mentorship and prioritizing opportunities for "in the moment" training and development to support sellers and participate in final deal meetings as applicable. Upbeat leader with ability to garner instant credibility. Business Oversight: Effective understanding and articulation of brand and company unique value proposition. Comprehension of the financial implications of deal structuring and lead deal structuring work. Ability to analyze forecasting, conversion, and pipeline metrics through regular usage of CRM. Collaborator: Ability to see the big picture and align with brand and Anywhere strategy to drive growth. An effective mentor of Franchise Sales Directors through the franchise sales affiliation process. Skilled to create and implement a strategic business plan to achieve growth goals. A true leader that will drive primary meetings and discussions with FSD’s or sales prospects to drive accountability. Continuously guide key responsibilities in the areas of impact including lead generation, written and verbal communication, and strategic and tactical meetings regarding future business and projected closings.

What you will do

Sales Leadership: Establish accountability and build capability of the sales team through set performance objectives that yield the biggest results. Assist with recruiting results-orientated, consultative, best in class sales professionals. Assist the SVP and the sales team, with removing obstacles and demonstrating sales operations and enablement functions  Consultative: Identify, cultivate, lead, and track conversion franchise and M&A opportunities. Support the SVP of Sales in leading a regional team of consultative sales professionals who are comfortable in a results-focused environment. Coach: Capability in encouraging, motivating & coaching sellers to build pipeline and close deals. Up to date on the latest real estate trends, forecast, tools and technology. Motivated to develop your career while attracting and inspiring like-minded team members to do the same.  Self-Motivated: Entrepreneurial mentality with the drive to adapt quickly and ensure commitments are met. Meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual quota targets through conversions, roll-ins and M&A activity. Role model key leadership proficiencies and related behaviors to set the standard each year. Collaborator: Use a pilot & test learning approach to try new strategies with the team to embrace the possibilities of making things better, faster and simpler. Implement a process for collecting feedback from your team and their customers sales experience and share findings cross functionally, pivot approach and strategy as applicable. Optimally partner with sales enablement and growth teams to provide focus to seller, achieve brand/sales goals and improve sales funnel effectiveness. Oversight: Ensure compliance with and review of the franchise application process. Including but not limited to disclosure, due diligence, legal document review and the timely movement of information through processing and approvals, expense budget management, and analysis of pipeline and deal activity.

Qualifications:

Experience: Minimum 5 years of inside and/or outside sales experience with management success including a proven track record of achieving results by recruiting top talent. Real Estate and/or franchise sales experience strongly  preferred. Communications: Effective communication to empower, and influence people to reach goals. Multifaceted presentation skills Eye for Business: Solid understanding of real estate operations, budgets, and financial statements. Problem Solving and negotiating skills. Advanced knowledge of the sales process and territory management. Digital Literacy: Basic understanding of Sales CRM systems and MS Office Other: Strong time-management skills and ability to multitask and prioritize work that drives the highest impact activities and results. Education: Bachelor's degree is preferred. Approximately 50% travel. Must reside close to a major airport.
