Provide strategic direction for the clinic's medical protocols and standards of careLead and mentor our team of veterinary professionals, fostering a collaborative and supportive work environmentEnsure delivery of high-quality veterinary care across all servicesMaintain and enhance clinical protocols and best practicesParticipate in direct patient care while overseeing overall medical operationsDrive continuous improvement in medical quality and client serviceCollaborate with practice management on business operations and growth initiativesEnsure compliance with veterinary regulations and safety standardsSupport the development and implementation of new services and technologiesMaintain positive relationships with clients and the local veterinary communityWhat we offer:

Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM) degree or equivalent from an accredited institutionCurrent California veterinary license in good standingMinimum of 5 years clinical experience, with at least 2 years in a leadership roleStrong surgical and diagnostic skillsExcellent communication and interpersonal abilitiesDemonstrated leadership and team development experienceCommitment to continuing education and staying current with veterinary advancesStrong organizational and problem-solving skillsWhy Poway, CA?
