About the Role: As the Managing Veterinarian, you'll partner with the Hospital Manager to oversee hospital operations, lead medical care, ensure financial performance, and foster a supportive, collaborative environment. You will have the opportunity to:

Establish medical protocols and provide training to associate veterinariansManage and oversee surgical and medical cases, ensuring positive outcomes and client educationLead and mentor a team of associate veterinarians and support staffDrive revenue growth and manage medical expensesCultivate community involvement and build the clinic’s reputation

Qualifications:

Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM) degree or equivalent from an accredited universityLicensure in good standing to practice in IllinoisStrong leadership, communication, and organizational skillsCommitment to practicing high standards of veterinary care and ethics
