We are looking for a Bilingual Mandarin Sales Manager to join our team and play a key role in driving sales, managing the store, and leading our team to success.

Direct Hire position$13.00 /annuallyFull Time work availableWeekend work requiredFirst Shift (Monday through Saturday from 10:00am to 07:00pm)Drive sales by engaging customers, providing exceptional service, and selling appliancesEnsure sales quotas are consistently met and exceededSupervise and lead the store team, ensuring productivity, teamwork, and high performanceAssist with loading appliances, organizing store displays, and maintaining store organizationCreate and manage employee schedules to ensure the store runs smoothlyMonitor sales performance, inventory, and prepare regular reports for managementManage emails, correspondences, and customer inquiries to ensure high satisfactionMandarin Sales Manager Qualifications:
Bilingual Mandarin/English requiredPrevious experience in sales management, preferably in the appliance or retail industryMust be able to assist with loading appliances and handling physical tasks as necessaryApplicant may be subject to a background checkPre-employment drug screen (Excluding THC) is required as a condition of employment*A conviction record will not necessarily prevent you from being employed.
