Job Description

Our mission is to advance system engineering through cutting-edge data science techniques, aiming to be the market leader for Powertrain System Solutions for Passenger Cars. If you are passionate about data science and eager to work with large data sets in system engineering, vehicle and energy management, this opportunity is for you. We are looking for individuals with strong skills in statistical analysis and machine learning. We offer an exciting internship for a motivated individual to join our team and contribute to projects that shape the future of vehicle and energy management systems.

During your internship, you will analyze large datasets to uncover patterns, trends and significant variables for system engineering in vehicles and energy management.You will apply statistical methods to test hypotheses, validate models and derive meaningful conclusions from data.Furthermore, you will implement regression, classification, pattern recognition and probability prediction models to solve technical problems.In addition, you will work closely with other engineers and researchers to integrate data-driven insights into system engineering processes.Last but not least, you will document your work and present your findings to our network to facilitate knowledge sharing and collaboration.

QualificationsEducation: studies in the field of Data Science, Engineering, Computer Science or comparableExperience and Knowledge: with Python programming; a foundation in data science, including Machine Learning, statistical analysis and data visualizationPersonality and Working Practice: you take initiative, are reliable, bring new ideas and work well in a teamLanguages: fluent in German or English
