Job Summary
We are seeking a Sr. Technology Architect with 10 to 14 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in Manhattan SCALE and Manhattan Active along with domain experience in Transport Management Systems for Retail and Transportation Management (Retail). This hybrid role requires a deep understanding of technology architecture and its application in the retail sector.
Responsibilities
Lead the design and implementation of technology solutions using Manhattan SCALE and Manhattan Active. Oversee the integration of Transport Management Systems within the retail domain. Provide technical guidance and support to development teams. Ensure that solutions are scalable reliable and meet business requirements. Collaborate with stakeholders to understand their needs and translate them into technical specifications. Conduct regular reviews of system architecture and make recommendations for improvements. Develop and maintain documentation related to system architecture and design. Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues as they arise. Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to ensure our solutions remain cutting-edge. Work closely with project managers to ensure timely delivery of projects. Participate in code reviews and ensure adherence to best practices. Mentor junior architects and provide training as needed. Contribute to the overall technology strategy of the company.Qualifications
Must have extensive experience with Manhattan SCALE and Manhattan Active. Should have a strong background in Transport Management Systems for Retail. Must possess deep knowledge of Transportation Management (Retail). Should have excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. Must be able to work effectively in a hybrid work model. Should have strong communication and interpersonal skills. Must be detail-oriented and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.Certifications Required
Certified Manhattan SCALE Professional Certified Manhattan Active Architect
Salary and Other Compensation:
Applications will be accepted until February 21, 2025.
The annual salary for this position is between $140,000 - $160,000 depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
This position is also eligible for Cognizant’s discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant’s applicable plans.
