MantaRay Tendering Specialist

MantaRay NM is a Nokia OSS product, which can be used to manage different network elements.

MantaRay Technical Tendering Specialist will be part of Customer Biding Center (CBC) as part of Mobile Network (MN) Business Grup (BG). CBC MantaRay team is located in Mexico City and is supported by India technical specialist, interacting with Network Management product line and contribute with different Mobile Networks Business Lines (BL) and CNS tendering specialist for multi BG requirements, reporting directly to Mexico Line Manager.

Typically, 2-3 years Mobile Network experience and a graduate equivalent degree. High level in technical understanding for mobile radio networks (3G/LTE/5G), including Mobile Network Architecture, basic protocols and interfaces. Understanding Datacenter solutions and HW components and virtualization technologies. To be comfortable writing HW technical specifications and product documentation in English/Spanish language based on existing documents and guidelines. Experience working with high technical interfaces and experts from different countries. Be proactive in self-study in order to be update in any new technical release, ability to be curious and search new technical documents to share knowledge to the rest of the team. Have the initiative to reach out to colleagues inside and outside own team, to assure that all questions from customers get a high-quality answer.

Nokia CBC MantaRay team will provide any training, documentation, guide and support to learn about MantaRay product to develop the require technical skills to work in the activities with confidence increasing knowledge in Nokia mobile networks products.



 

MantaRay Technical Tendering Specialist will contribute to the following activities:

Understand and translate internal customer requirements from RFI/RFQ to Nokia Network Management solutions. Provide detail Bill of Materials (BoQ) including costing calculations Provide technical product/solution description (TSD) for the proposed/required solution. Provide technical support and answering specific questions to statement of compliance included in customer requirement documentation using as a reference internal Nokia documents and guidelines. Technical interaction with India support team in different time zone to get trainings and solve specific technical questions from internal and external customers.
