What you'll do:

We're excited to announce that we are building a new and dynamic team responsible for some of our company's core audio-calls SDKs. Our goal is to develop and maintain high-performance SDKs, ensuring seamless integration and exceptional user experiences.

As an SDET, you will be a crucial part of our team, focusing on the quality and testability of our softphone client library, a vital component of our company’s applications. You will contribute to both manual and automated testing processes, ensuring that our software meets high standards throughout its development lifecycle.

Your responsibilities: Manual and Automated Testing: Perform comprehensive testing, including both manual and automated tests, to validate the functionality and reliability of our softphone client library, Automation Frameworks: Design, develop, and maintain automated test frameworks, test suites, and scripts to support continuous integration, testing, deployment, and delivery, Collaboration: Work closely with developers, product managers, architects, and cross-functional teams to define testing requirements, contribute to architecture and design reviews, ensure that all code is QA-testable, and provide input on test automation strategies while following best practices, Testing Requirements: Define and document testing requirements, including functional and non-functional test plans, after running discovery for flows, product requirements, protocols, affected areas, and code changes, Issue Investigation: Deep dive into networking issues, particularly those related to SIP protocol and VoIP, using tools like packet sniffers (e.g Wireshark). Investigate and reproduce issues reported by customers, and collaborate with developers to resolve them, Documentation and Issue Tracking: Document, track, and escalate issues as needed, while maintaining high-quality documentation for testing processes and observed issues. What you'll bring: 3+ years of experience in Quality Assurance, particularly with complex products, with significant expertise in manual testing, 2+ years of experience in developing or working with test automation frameworks, Familiarity with basic scripting or programming skills (e.g., Python, JavaScript, Java), Experience with debugging and understanding logs, particularly in complex systems, Experience in both functional and non-functional testing for UI and backend systems, Strong investigative skills, with a passion for understanding how things work and why issues occur, Self-motivation, proactiveness, and a commitment to continuous learning and development in Quality Assurance, Strong communication skills, proficiency in English, and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including team members from various countries and cultural backgrounds Well-organized with a methodical approach to testing and documentation, A team player who values collaboration, knowledge sharing, and can manage tasks in a dynamic, team-oriented environment while meeting tight deadlines.

Nice to have:

Strong understanding and experience with VoIP technologies, particularly SIP protocol, and related testing methodologies, Familiarity with cloud platforms (preferably AWS) and resources like S3 and CI/CD pipelines, A B.S./B.A. degree in Engineering, Science, or Mathematics, or relevant technical certification and/or related experience. 

This is a hybrid role, offering the flexibility to work remotely most of the time. However, certain tasks will require you to attend in-person meetings with team members. You should be prepared to collaborate on-site in Wrocław occasionally to support key project milestones and ensure successful outcomes.
