We are looking for: Manual/Automation Software Test Specialist

B.E/B. Tech/M. Tech graduate in Electrical and Electronics Engineering Experience between 5 Years above with exposure to Commissioning of Low Voltage Products with at least 2 years of experience in Software Testing Expertise in SDLC, ISTQB – Certified and knowledge of communication protocols - Proven understanding in IC 61850 Experience in commissioning of Electrical Panels, Circuit breakers, Energy meters and PLC Technical knowledge in low voltage products (Electrical Panels, Circuit breakers, Energy meters, Power quality Meters etc) Good Knowledge on Power System –Distribution & Utilization. Protection & Energy management system. Mentor the team with domain knowhow. Support team to understand the customer pain areas and conceptualize the solutions with the domain knowledge. Knowledge on IOT devices is an added advantage Strong verbal and written communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams, convey testing status, and report issues clearly. Effective communication and collaboration skills within a team environment. Familiarity with software development methodologies (Agile, Scrum) is a plus.

In-depth knowledge of various testing methodologies such as , regression testing, exploratory testing, and automated testing. Design comprehensive test plans, test cases, and test scenarios based on functional and non-functional requirements, and implement them optimally. Proficiency in test automation tools and frameworks (e.g. Ranorex, Playwright) to build and execute automated test scripts, increasing testing efficiency and coverage. Closely with development and product management teams to analyze and resolve product defects. Build and maintain testing documentation (test plans, test cases/scripts, defect reports, etc.).
