Qualification: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field or higher with a minimum 5 to 8 years of relevant experience.
Required qualifications to be successful in this role
• Complete Knowledge on 'V' model and its various entities
• Complete knowledge on Transactional data flow within different modules of CC&B
• Complete knowledge on Billing, Customer and Payments module
• Complete knowledge on Metering, Credit & Collections and Field Orders dispatch
• Should possess sufficient knowledge on Customer contact ,case Management and Todo management
• Should have good knowledge on setting up various entities through Admin Menu
• Should have good knowledge on various Base background processes (batches) available in CC&B
• Should have good knowledge on various Financial Transactions created and its integration with external Financial system
• Working knowledge on Rates will be preferred
• Knowledge on Release process along with the business and Technical impact
• Must possess sound knowledge on entire Software Testing Lifecycle (STLC)
• Responsible for writing Test Scenarios based on Functional & Business Requirements
• Responsible for writing detailed test cases, Test Reports, Traceability matrix and Defect Status report
• Should be familiar with complete defect lifecycle management
• Should have good experience on various Test Lifecycle management tools like HP ALM, IBM rational, JIRA etc.
• Should possess good SQL skills to extract test data
• Familiar with SOAP UI or XAI submission processes
Technologies required:/ Selected Skills
• Oracle CC&B . V2.8 or higher
• Test Management tool viz ALM/JIRA/Rational etc.
• Automation testing tool would be an advantage e.g. UFT, Selenium, UI Path etc.
