Responsibilities:

Promoting the sale of homes to all existing customers, and to prospective retailers, builders, developers and communities

Representing our company at trade shows to promote product

Demonstrating a good work ethic based on principles of honesty and integrity

Qualifications:

No experience or training required

Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations

Effective ability to communicate orally and in written form effectively with co-management, internal, and external customers

Ability to work in a fast paced environment

Attention to detail with ability to meet deadlines

Demonstrates the ability to anticipate and solve practical problems or resolve issues

Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals

Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and the public

Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, proportions, and percentages

Ability to travel to all existing customers, prospective retailers, builders, developers and communities at least 30% of the time

Requirements:

Must be able to pass a drug test and background check

Must be available to work full-time, 8-5 PM, Mon-Fri.  Some Saturdays may be required as well as travel up to 30%.
