The role is based at Banbury, our composite specialist for Actuation Systems. Actuation Systems are the leading experts in fly-by-wire, hydraulic and electro-hydraulic actuation design, Collins Aerospace offers a complete line of actuation products that enhance aircraft performance and reduce pilot workload.
We are looking to recruit a small number of apprentices who are passionate about growing a career in Manufacturing Engineering.
After completing a robust recruitment process our apprentices will be supported to embark on their career journey, throughout which they will receive a highly competitive remuneration and flexible benefits package.
You will spend your first year attending Trident College, WCG in Leamington where you will spend time learning fundamental engineering skills. For the remaining time you will work at our site in Banbury whilst undertaking invaluable on the job training, where you will learn the basic principles and under pinning knowledge needed for your career.
Following completion of the first year, you will attend college on a day release basis and will spend the remainder of the time supporting manufacturing projects.

Have achieved a minimum of Grade 6 (or equivalent) or above in Maths, English and Science.Brilliant communicators with a wide range of audiences.Super organised with excellent attention to detailPassion to work in aerospace and a real desire to make a difference to our customers and our businessDemonstrates a passion for hands on engineering
