Manufacturing Assembly Line Lead

We are looking for a Manufacturing Assembly Line Lead to help coordinate a small team of technicians. The Line Lead will be aware of timelines and priorities while assembling medical devices alongside other technicians. Some work is completed in a cleanroom environment so must be able to adhere to cleanroom standards.
How you will make an impact as a Manufacturing Assembly Line Lead:Provide guidance for a team of 3-4 techniciansAssembly of medical device disposables using screw drivers, torque wrenches, tube cutters, tube stretchersHeat sealingPrinting labelsLabeling, packaging, and boxingGluing and curing with UV wandsFlow testingLaser welding with fixturesLeak testing disposable components and subassembliesTracking and recording serial numbers in a databaseMaintain a clean an organized workspaceSkills you need to be successful:Must have minimum of 3 years’ experience as a technician in a fast paced manufacturing environmentAbility to set priorities for a team of 3-4, prior experience a plusExperience with assembling components into finished productsLaser welding experience a plusCapable of working in a clean room, prior experience in a clean room a plusRespect for strict quality standardsWillingness to learn and develop new skills, self-starter mentality with a passion for a job well doneEfficient written and verbal communication skills in English, basic documentation skills and ability to follow written operating proceduresStrong attention to detailAbout DEKA:
