Assemble components and products according to blueprints, specifications, and quality standards.Operate and maintain assembly machinery and tools to ensure peak performance.Conduct quality checks on finished products to ensure they meet our high standards.Keep your workspace clean and organized, following all safety protocols.Document production output and promptly report any issues to supervisors.Assist in training new team members, sharing your knowledge and skills.Follow the direction of your assembly supervisor and collaborate with your team.Arrive on time for daily manufacturing activities and adhere to break schedules.Maintain a positive and friendly work environment, minimizing distractions.

REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, ABILITIES:

Good communication and interpersonal skillsMust be able to understand English on a limited basis in order to follow basic work instructions. Standing for extended periods and performing repetitive tasks.Manual dexterity and the ability to handle small components.Previous experience in a Warehouse or Manufacturing environment is a plus.
