Start your new career as a Manufacturing Associate with MAU at our client in Griffin, GA. As a Manufacturing Associate, you will safely and efficiently perform assigned duties, producing defect-free product, and facilitate movement of material and assure perfect product quality.
What We Offer $17.50 per hour 1st shift, 6:00 AM – 2:30/3:00 PM Overtime and weekends as necessary Health benefits, including telehealth medical services Opportunity for advancement Referral program What We’re Looking For 1+ year(s) of experience Continuous improvement knowledge preferred Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide Ability to operate hand tools efficiently Ability to connect wire harnesses efficiently Ability to learn and rotate through all production and support roles Ability to occasionally move to accomplish tasks and from one worksite to another Ability to operate machinery and/or power tools Work cooperatively within a team environment Flexible work hours to account for over time as needed Ability to lift up to 75 pounds What You’ll Do as a Manufacturing Associate Start-up, operation, change over, shut down, and preventative maintenance of assigned production equipment (such as production line equipment, forklifts, other power equipment, etc.) Operate all assigned equipment safely and efficiently in accordance with Company Safety Policy Perform manual tasks such as: loading and supplying production line items, reworking product, and loading conveyors Quality Assurance and test compliance according to Company and/or designated facility standards Inspect your own work as well as that of other associates Provide general plant, production line, and facility clean up (5S) Identify and recommend continuous improvement ideas Perform other tasks as required
