**Job Description Summary** API manufacturing Station in-charge 4–7-year experience **Job Description** 1.Expertise in finished products handling and operation 2.Back-up/secondline co-ordiantion to the shift incharge. 3.Ability to work in all production premises and expertise in handling of all process operations. 4.Ensure that products allocated are successfully processed in plant scale as per the standard operating procedure. 5.To participate in training activities for process personnel. 6.To ensure all production records, especially with reference to the allocated product is compiled and submitted online. 7.To coordinate with superiors in proposing modifications or extensions to the production division in special reference to the allocated product. 8.Up-Keep of EHS requirements in general, in particular to the product. 9.To motivate his team to work cohesively. 1.To coordinate the allocated product related activities on online basis.
