1st Shift - 7am - 3pm (limited availability)

2nd Shift - 3pm-11pm 

3rd Shift - 11pm - 7am

 

PAY

$15/HOUR

$1.25 shift differential paid when 2nd or 3rd shift hours are worked

 

SUMMARY

Performs a variety of functions related to the manufacturing of wire and cable products.  Manufacturing Associate I is an entry level associate who has little or no previous experience working in a manufacturing environment. 

 

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS

​Understand, translate, process work orders and other production documents. Operate multiple production lines, adhering to standard work and quality guidelines. Perform detailed quality assurance inspections to ensure product meets customers specifications. Troubleshoot production machines to ensuring calibration and machinery meets requirements. Utilize testing equipment when necessary – ovens, micrometers, and magnifying equipment. Handle bare product, raw materials and finished goods by means of loading and unload spools and/or drums. Maintain a clean and safe workspace by practicing proper 5S techniques.

SUPERVISOR RESPONSIBILITIES

This position does not have any supervisory responsibilities.
