Hourly: $17.30-19.38/hr

Responsibilities
Responsible for fabrication, assembly and managing the flow of material throughout the plant. Duties include but are not limited to:Following all required safety practices and company standardsOperating manufacturing equipment and hand toolsProducing high quality work that conforms to standardsAble to work in a team environmentParticipating in on-the job training initiatives and seeking out growth opportunitiesMaintaining good attendance and punctualitySupporting a respectful workplace

Qualifications
High school diploma, GED or an equivalent combination of education and experience preferredPrevious experience in a manufacturing operation is a plusAbility to work a flexible schedule including some overtime and weekendsDesire to learn new skills and cross-train in a fast-paced environmentAbility to lift up to 50 lbs. and stand for duration of shiftPossess problem-solving, communication, teamwork, leadership and basic computer skillsAbility to read and understand reports
