Day Shift: 4 ten-hour shifts Monday through Thursday 5:45am – 4:15pm. Must be able to work overtime as needed, including Friday, Saturday and Sunday.

$18 per hour 

 

Objective:

Perform specific duties per SOP's, W.I.’s, etc., within the value stream, either using both hands or by using machinery when assigned.

 

Responsibilities:

-  Completing baseline training.

-  Working with little or no direction after being assigned.

-  Performing other duties not listed while within the scope of value stream.

-  Keeping a clean and organized work environment.

-  Following all safety requirements.

-  Performing scheduled cleaning duties as necessary (super clean).

-  Labelling and sealing pouches or trays.              

-  Accurately completing all documents for training, Device History Record, etc.

-  Must be able to perform Burst Test.

-  Must be able to perform Peel testing.

-  Understanding Production Boards.

 

Qualifications: 

-  High School Diploma or GED 

-  Ability to read and write, add and subtract whole numbers; follow instructions.

-  Experience with fixed gauges, direct reading instruments and similar devices, where interpretation is not required.

-  Dependable and reliable with strong attendance record.

-  Must be able to stand or sit in one place for periods of time.

-  Must be able to use calculators and computer equipment (including tablets, barcode readers, etc.).

-  Must be able to lift 25 lbs.   

 

Preferred Qualifications: 

-  Experience using assembly equipment.

-  Knowledge of Lean and 5S practices.

-  Knowledge of Standard Operating Procedures. (SOP's).
-  Experience in an FDA/GMP regulated environment to include "Clean Rooms" and all the restrictions that are associated with a clean area environment.

-  Previous experience with hand or machinery assembly of small parts is beneficial.
