Our entry level positions perform meaningful work and includes exposure to advancing technologies, having a voice to challenge our status quo, and training for career advancement. We offer on the job training to start you on your journey with Bayer! Our Indianola location operates on a 3 eight hour shift schedule. First Shift: 6am-2:20pm, 2nd Shift: 2pm - 10:20pm, 3rd Shift: 10pm - 6:20am, Monday through Friday.
