The Manufacturing Associate II is responsible for the production process of plastics injection molding operations working in a Controlled room environment. This position is part of the Manufacturing Department and will be located in Lodi, CA. At Cepheid, our vision is to be the leading provider of seamlessly connected diagnostic solutions. In this role, you will have the opportunity to: + Operate plastics injection molding presses, including identifying issues and performing basic troubleshooting procedures, as well as review Electronic Batch Records/Device History Records and Line clearance, including reporting any discrepancies or deviations from expected standards + Understanding of the inspection process for plastic injection-molded parts and components at various stages of production, utilizing specialized tools and gauges to verify conformance per specifications and the Quality Control Plan. + Support On-time Delivery (OTD) of good-quality final products through the value stream, sustain a Zero-Defect quality culture, and sustain a safe work environment with timely execution of Layer Process Audits (LPA) and adhering to manufacturing Safety procedures (PPE…Safety Program) in accordance with health and safety guidelines. The essential requirements of the job include + High School degree or (equivalent experience) 1-2 years of related work experience It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in: + Understanding relevant regulations and standards, such as Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and International Organization for Standardization (ISO) requirements. The salary range OR the hourly range for this role is $17.98 – $23.84. This is the range that we in good faith believe is the range of possible compensation for this role at the time of this posting. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range. This range may be modified in the future. This job is also eligible for bonus/incentive pay.
