Manufacturing Automation Specialist

Job Description

An opportunity has arisen for a Manufacturing Automation Specialist with a special focus in MES to join our Digital Record Design Hub at the new high-tech Our Company Dunboyne Biologics site.

What you will do:

Bring energy, knowledge, innovation and leadership to carry out the following:

Developing and implementing optimal methodologies for the management of MES Systems, in compliance with company policies, quality regulations and industry normsManaging vendor performance and contractsSupporting investigations by finding resolutions to MES and automation problemsSupporting, maintaining and developing MES recipes and capabilitiesCollaborating with other technical functions in order to provide robust recipes and functionality that deliver reliable and sustainable performancePreparing and performing Automation Change Controls and ensure they are raised and closed on time in compliance with required quality standardsProviding expertise and technical knowledge to technical functions on MES Performing MES administration and maintenance and ensure automation systems remain in a validated stateIdentify opportunities for continuous improvementDeveloping and update automation SOP’s, automation training packages and conduct MES trainingEnsuring all documents must comply with SDLC requirementsAny other duties as assigned by the Automation LeadRepresent Dunboyne MES within our global & corporate teams

What skills you will need:

In order to excel in this role, you will more than likely have:

A Level 8 degree in a technical field (engineering or science) or equivalentAbility to manage multiple priorities and know when to escalate for resolutionProven ability working cross functionally, delivering technical solutions to MES issuesStrong problem solving and troubleshooting skills
