IFF sponsors an engineering Co-Op program to provide challenging work assignments that enable students to develop skills through practical application. Our program is designed to promote awareness, enhance education, and provide future growth opportunities.

Major Responsibilities:

As a member of the Manufacturing Maintenance group for the Carrollton manufacturing site, the Co-Op position will assist engineer and technical resources in the following areas:

Provide support to engineers in executing plant trials and troubleshooting daily production and maintenance issuesWrite experimental outlines, execute and report findingsProvide administrative and technical support to manufacturingProvide capital project support and process designContractor managementProcess Safety ManagementSome shift work may be required
