Job Purpose

Maintain and improve the Production and Assembly Processes, in accordance with the comprehensive quality policy and the guidelines of the Corporation, in order to make the products and services offered by the organization profitable, in order to ensure that it complies with the internal requirements, of the client, of the Corporation, and of the IATF 16949 Standard,  ISO 14001, ISO 45001.

Job Duties and Responsibilities Identify, develop and implement improvements to methods, techniques and procedures, through the Integral Quality System, so that they positively impact the objectives of the plant and optimize production costs. Ensure the quality of the processed and finished products, according to the established guidelines and procedures, to ensure that they meet the requirements and specifications of the client and internal standards. Prepare corrective and/or preventive actions derived from audits of the Integral Quality System to ensure, in an effective and timely manner, the updating and operation of the Integral Quality System. Periodically supervise for the improvement of the documentary control and procedures of the manufacturing system, in order to comply with the quality system of the plant and specific requirements of the client. Ensure the development of reliable and cost-effective suppliers, with the aim of keeping tool and device costs stable and within the operating budget.
