We are in position to offer a great job opportunity to work as Manufacturing Coordinator, based in Monterrey, Nuevo Leon (E-Systems Division). 

As Manufacturing Coordinator, you will have an excellent opportunity to work in an International and growing environment reporting directly to Manufacturing Manager.

 

Your Task will be

Comply with the Production Plan. Metric: Adherence to the Production and Efficiency Plan Daily monitoring, root cause analysis and corrective action for problems generating Scrap. Metric: Scrap Compliance with individual and group goals of the area in Continuous Improvement. Ideaccion, Best Practices, OEAB, 5's Follow-up on the actions generated in the scheduled meetings of the area (Pulse, Start-up, Scrap, Rotation and Absenteeism, Weekly Operations, Monthly) Implementation, start-up and follow-up in the Electronic QCPC Initiative Compliance with the policies and procedures of quality, environment and work standards of Lear Corporation. Attend and manage the functions of the ISO 14001 environmental management system

 

To be Successful in this rule you will need:

Bachelor's/Engineering degree preferred, industrial engineering or equivalent. At least 3 years of experience preferably in the automotive industry (required) English proficient Analysis skills, communication, decision abilities, problem solving skills. experience in personnel coordination Previous experience in the automotive SMT industry (required).
