Job Title: Manufacturing Digital Support Manager - Gateway
Location: Thailand

Job Purpose

Manufacturing Digital Support Manager (Digital Engineer) is critical to drive efficiency of the processes across Production sites through manufacturing data analysis, data structuring and data visualization in order to spot insights, risks and opportunities and convert them into relevant actions.

Key focuses are the deployment of appropriate standardized global digital solutions and design for the local ones ensuring compliance with global architecture, cyber security requirements and other digital standards.

Main Responsibilities

Deployment of global digital solutions in the Factory

Site stakeholders support to develop the digital roadmap and understand local digital solutions needs; engage with Regional/Global IT teams for solutions to manage those needs

Ensuring compliance to Unilever architecture and cyber security requirements, as well as all other relevant digital standards

First line of operational support of existing solutions (Key User)

Delivery of the trainings for the users of digital systems, as well as trainings to build basic digital skills (for example, Power BI)

Develop, coach and mentor Technicians and Production executives on Digital, including creating learning programs, evaluating opportunities, documenting learnings and best practices

Drive analytics and reporting for the site, which are key for the Continuous Improvement journey

Support site leadership team on Governance, Change Management, Communications and other activities necessary to land the Digital Transformation

Contribute to the process of Digital Best practices sharing across Unilever Supply Chain Organization

Integrate digital tools with machine logic with technical domain expert

Candidate Criteria

Skill & Qualification

Domain expert on production machine and understanding on logic of production machine is required

Strong profession in data collection and processing, including statistical, data engineering and analysis

Business Acumen (Supply Chain Framework & Supply Chain Finance Fundamentals)

Understanding of Cybersecurity and Machine Learning

Understanding of Manufacturing Technology, Safety and Quality Management, Production Planning & Scheduling

Good command of both written and spoken in English

Good in presentation skill

Proficiencies in Microsoft Office program

Energetic, working under dynamic environment and good interpersonal skills

Education & Experience

Bachelor’s degree in Software Engineering, IT Development, Information technology, Computer science or related field

Minimum 2-5 years of experience in the areas of development of digital solutions to drive mass data analysis based on specific company needs.

Hand on experience in FMCGs manufacturing process and technology

Familiar with a variety of concepts, practices, and procedures of FMCG
