JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
* Lead/execute assigned projects, validation, and changes to standard operating procedures and work instructions
* Identify, plan, and execute projects to achieve labelling system migration as well as capacity, cost, yield, reliability, and cycle time improvements.
* Streamline, simplify, and poka-yoke processes with a focus on safety, quality, waste reduction, and cost improvement.
* Apply Continuous Improvement tools, specifically process variability reduction through yield & CTQ monitoring, process experiments, and action plan execution resulting from the implementation of these tools.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
* Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field
* 1 or more years of experience as a Process Engineer or similar role
* Experience in Lean Manufacturing Tools such as Process Failure Mode Effects Analysis (FMEA) and formalized Problem Solving.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
* Bachelor"s Degree in Industrial, Mechanical, or Chemical Engineering.
* Experience in a highly regulated environment such as medical device.
* Experience with Process Capability Analysis, Minitab or JMP Statistical Knowledge.
