Positions requiring understanding of a concepts, methods and procedures. **Essential Responsibilities:** + Define and control production process including tooling and equipment + Validate design specifications and shop floor application of new product, tools, or equipment. + Leads and tracks repair industrializations aligned with repair readiness levels + Leads manufacturing projects + Collaborates with the engineering team and operations + Investigates, develops, and applies new technology + Expected to resolve problems through the application of acquired expertise guided by precedent + Communicates with direct team and supervisor + Presents to internal teams on metrics, project status and research + Works on cross functional teams **Qualifications/Requirements:** + Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Aerospace, or Manufacturing Engineering from an accredited university or college (or a high school diploma / GED with a minimum of 6 years of experience in Manufacturing) **_ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENT_** **:** + This role is restricted to U.S. persons (i.e., U.S. citizens, lawful permanent residents, nationals of the United States, asylees and refugees) due to access to export-controlled technology. + Must pass background and drug screens. **Desired Characteristics:** + Strong oral and written communication skills + Strong interpersonal and leadership skills + Ability to coordinate several projects simultaneously + Effective problem identification and solution skills + Proven analytical and organizational ability + Proficient in Microsoft Office _This role requires access to U.S. export-controlled information.
