Manufacturing Engineer

Seeking a Manufacturing Engineer to support and optimize existing mold and plating lines, manage new program launches, and drive continuous process improvements.

Job Requirements:

Minimum 2 years of experience in manufacturing engineering

Proficiency in AutoCAD

Strong knowledge of injection molding processes

Experience with process improvement methodologies, including Kaizen and FMEA

Ability to manage projects, including budgeting and timeline adherence

Background in analyzing defects such as sink marks, short shots, surface defects, and warping

Preferred Skills:

Degree in Mechanical or Industrial Engineering or related field

Automotive manufacturing experience

Familiarity with tooling, automation, and equipment layout planning

Program launch experience

Job Responsibilities:

Support existing molding and plating operations while launching new programs

Develop and execute process verification and validation protocols

Analyze and optimize production processes to improve yield and reduce scrap

Troubleshoot and improve equipment performance and process throughput

Conduct design reviews and collaborate with cross-functional and corporate teams

Maintain project timelines, cost controls, and documentation requirements

Implement corrective actions based on in-process and post-production defect analysis



Pay Details: $27.00 to $36.00 per hour
