Manufacturing Engineer

Summary: Seeking a Senior Manufacturing Engineer to enhance and develop production equipment and processes for the magnet wire manufacturing business.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field Experience in machinery design, continuous improvement, and operational/functional analysis Strong understanding of machine design, fabrication methods, machine assembly, rotating equipment design, and GD&T Proficiency in CAD tools (2D/3D)

Preferred Skills:

Project/Program Management experience

Responsibilities:

Source and modify existing equipment; integrate commercially available solutions Lead design, modification, and implementation of manufacturing equipment Develop detailed project work packages including scope, specifications, cost estimates Manage end-to-end execution of projects including installation and commissioning Troubleshoot mechanical/process issues; implement corrective actions Coordinate with vendors/contractors for procurement and integration of equipment Maintain project documentation Travel as needed (approximately 20%)

Pay Details: $40.00 to $54.00 per hour
