In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:
Analyze engineering documents (P&ID and GA drawings) to create detailed mechanical integration plans;Participate in project meetings and act as a key collaborator during the handover to production kick-off stage;Collaborate with Design Engineering, Testing, and QA to disposition discrepant parts and assemblies, identify root causes, and initiate corrective actions;Develop safe and efficient manufacturing processes by researching, designing, modifying, and testing methods and tools;Collaborate with equipment suppliers and work together to build and provide mechanical supports, assemblies, and tools for system integration;Develop training guidelines and evaluation procedures for mechanical technicians;Research and recommend new manufacturing methods to improve production capacity, efficiency, and quality;Create comprehensive manufacturing documentation necessary for production of analytical systems;Coordinate maintenance and repair of tools and machining equipment, following manufacturer instructions and company procedures;Participate in multi-functional process improvement teams and implement lean manufacturing principles;Provide support to the testing team for internal checkout and factory acceptance tests (FAT);Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and guidelines.Who You Are:

For This Role, You Will Need:
Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, or Electro technical Engineering;Minimum 5 years of relevant experience providing engineering support in a manufacturing setting;Strong analytical skills with the ability to prioritize and manage different projects;Knowledge of MS Office and CAD software;Experience implementing and supporting Lean Manufacturing practices;Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English;Preferred Qualifications That Set You Apart:
