Job PurposeThe Manufacturing Engineer I position is responsible for developing, maintaining, and improving a wide range of manual and automated battery manufacturing processes. This role works closely with the cross-functional team and interacts with customers and suppliers in a challenging environment.
Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in mechanical, manufacturing, industrial engineering, a related field, or equivalent experience.
• 0-2 years of experience in a manufacturing environment
• Ability to work independently to solve problems outside one’s own area of expertise.
• Hands-on mechanical aptitude
• Microsoft Word, Excel & PowerPoint
• Excellent written and verbal communication
