Line balancing. Preparation of work instructions, Visual aids, route sheets and process sheets for operators. Preparation of flow diagrams and FMEAs. Coordination and monitoring of a new product. Review and interpretation of plans. Workstation design. Ensure the results of the indicators through improvements, supervising of procedures and controls established on production lines. Carry out rework methodologies fir non-conforming parts. Solving production processes, fixtures, tools or equipment using. Lean, Kaizen tools and/or continuous improvement tools. Training for supervisor and leader of the production lines. Process Validation. Analysis of times and movements.

Supervise activities in your area, to promote control over costs and times. Respond to quality reports or complaints. Develop engineering documentation and implementation new work instructions. Realization of Management of Change. Implement with Lean Manufacturing tools and 5 Ss in the plant. Ensure that tools, materials and work equipment are provided corresponding.
