We are EATON! **What you’ll do:** **Job Requirements:** + Contributing to Eaton Continuous Improvement Framework (CIF) deployment (visual controls, process standardization, leader standard work, Gemba walks, manning strategy, daily accountability, process checks and CI for everyone) + Developing local ELSS/CI Tool Champions and Experts by providing training and consulting support + Implementing identified Eaton best practices and drive integration of best practices internally + Being responsible for attainment of ELSS Assessment and ELSS Cost Savings objectives + Supporting annual self-assessments are completed at each plant to include but not limited to ELSS, OpA, as well as formal assessments when required. These assessments must identify gaps driving maturity levels, annual action plans to improve and include a process to monitor progress. + Coordinating and mentor the VSMs between the plants to identify best strategies to reduce the non-value-added activities between the plants + Analyzing and developing reports related to operational and ELSS functional requirements.
