Lead problem solving efforts and continuous improvement projects to reduce waste and increase equipment effectivenessIdentify, propose, justify and manage the implementation of capital improvement projectsParticipate and/or lead problem solving teams and initiativesSupport the creation and completion of Engineering Change RequestsLead the development of or assist with the creation of detailed work instructions that outline production techniques and standard work for manufacturing processesAssist New Product Introduction team with the launch of new products and support design transfer to production.Provide on-going manufacturing supportPlan, schedule, conduct or coordinate detailed phases of the engineering work in a part of major/minor projectsMust Have
Bachelor's in Engineering
1 to 3 years experience in manufacturing/process engineering
Experience with fabrication (welding, grinding, machining), mechanical or electronic assembly.
Knowledge of CAD, CREO or Solidworks
Nice to Have-
Electrical experience
Understanding of processes
Experience in a highly regulated manufacturing facility.
