Manufacturing Engineer – Reedsville, PA
As a Manufacturing Engineer you will focus primarily on supporting and improving the processes for transducer manufacturing.
Your role:
Provide technical support to resolve manufacturing and quality problems, including yield and nonconforming product. Drive corrective action with appropriate and detailed follow up.Identify, analyze, and implement cost reduction projects, cycle time improvements, and lean manufacturing techniques to improve product cost structure.Develop and execute design and process verification activities, including statistical analysis, similarity, and testing.Work collaboratively with R&D and Product Industrialization to develop new processes and transition new transducers designs into manufacturing.Identify, specify, and coordinate installation of new manufacturing equipment and upgrades for process improvement. You’ve acquired 2+ years of lean manufacturing experience in a regulated environmentDemonstrated experience with the validation, documentation, and manufacture of medical devicesYou have a B.S. in Mechanical, Biomedical, Industrial, or Electrical Engineering, or related fieldSolidWorks or other CAD software experience is a plusYou must be able to successfully perform the following minimum Physical, Cognitive and Environmental job requirements with or without accommodation for this position.How we work together

The pay range for this position in Reedsville, PA is $61,000 to $105,000
The actual base pay offered may vary within the posted ranges depending on multiple factors including job-related knowledge/skills, experience, business needs, geographical location, and internal equity.
In addition, other compensation, such as an annual incentive bonus, sales commission or long-term incentives may be offered.
