Minimum Qualifications

Bachelor's of Engineering (Mechanical or Electrical preferred)Ability to work effectively as part of a teamAbility to support launch programs while travelingStrong Project Management skills and result-oriented mindsetStrong computer skills (Excel, Power Point, etc.)3D CAD review abilities (Teamcenter, VisMockup, CATIA, or equivalent)Understanding of PFMEA and failure mode avoidance principlesStrong verbal & written communication and presentation skillsAbility to operate in stressful situations within timing constraintsAbility to work with minimal direct supervisionAbility to travel including extended travel to assembly and component plants in US, Canada, and/or Mexico required

Preferred Qualifications

Working knowledge of statistics (control charts, data collecting, GD&T etc.)Knowledge in the following Ford software systems: AVBOM, WERS, GSPAS/APT, Teamcenter, E2KS, AIM, CPARSAutomotive Manufacturing Engineering experience preferred but not mandatoryExperience with automotive assembly or machining tooling, processes and facilities preferred but not mandatoryExperience in high volume industrial machining systems
