What will your responsibilities be?

Participate internal related workshops where specialized manufacturing knowledge is requiredBe a consultant in the manufacturing day-to-day business for other colleaguesProcess development and assembly sequencing (process flow chart) for new programsUse industrial engineering methods to determine the assembly time (MTM/Avix Logistics)Manufacture feasibility analysis (DFA/DFM) and PFMEA on new productsPlant and process layout for new products and plant launches (Autocad)Support computer simulations of manufacturing operationsPerform cost analysis of product and process alternatives (investments and assembly time)Write process specifications and make recommendations regarding ergonomic improvementsWrite specifications for manufacturing equipment and make recommendations for equipment procurementSimulate continuous improvement process in plants (KAIZEN, DO IT and Lean) with the objective of MEQWork with SD-Teams to complete product launchesMonitor assembly equipment through production start-upStimulate TPM in new projectsMonitor and audit manufacturing best practices and standards in the plantImprovement strategies: Participate and/or lead activities for manufacturing footprint analysis, continuous improvement of new and/or ongoing manufacturing process and lean manufacturing implementationStandardize and implement manufacturing toolbox and provide the CMP for CPPCreate ODS/FAIRebalance new assembly processes and current running production lines

Which qualifications are we looking for in potential employees?

Candidates should have an engineering degree or equivalent and 3 years related experience 3 years Automotive Experience either Maintenance or ManufacturingExcellent interpersonal, communication and presentation skillsBe a confident person who can build productive and effective working relationshipsAn understanding of all quality tools and techniquesTeam player, cooperate and communicate within and with other departmentsFluent in Swedish and English
