Join our Manufacturing Engineering team in **Copeland Mikulov** !
As a **Manufacturing Engineer** , you will be responsible for managing production processes in your assigned area, ensuring their safety, optimal quality, and efficiency. You’ll have the opportunity to directly influence our processes and support continuous improvement.
**Key Responsibilities:**
+ Managing equipment and processes in your designated area.
+ Coordinating and contributing ideas to improve production results.
+ Analyzing current procedures and proposing effective improvements.
+ Collaborating with maintenance and IT teams on diagnostics, repairs, and process optimization.
+ Reducing costs while maintaining high production standards.
+ Introducing new products and ensuring seamless integration of product changes into production.
+ Utilizing lean manufacturing tools (e.g., TPM, 5S, RCA) to enhance efficiency.
**Ideal candidate:**
+ An university, higher vocational, or secondary education in a technical or electrical field.
+ Proficiency in AutoCAD.
+ A solid understanding of technical documentation.
+ Experience with the specification and implementation of production machinery.
+ At least a conversational level of English and Czech language.
+ Practical experience in a manufacturing environment.
+ Preferred qualifications: Knowledge of automation and robotics; experience in building new (automated) production lines; familiarity with lean manufacturing methods; ability to program Siemens PLCs and HMIs, and .NET; certification under Government Regulation 194/2022 Coll. § 6.; skills in 3D modeling.
