The PositionJob Summary:
The job holder ensures to meet / performDaily operation required by SOP requirement. Ensure that daily work complies with Chinese regulations and Roche Diagnostics compliance requirements.Main Tasks & Responsibilities:
Develops, implements and maintains methods, operation sequence and processes in the manufacture or fabrication of parts, components, sub assemblies and final assembliesInterfaces with design engineering in coordinating the release of new products.Estimates manufacturing cost, determines time standards, and makes recommendations for tooling and process requirements of new or existing product linesMaintains records and reporting systems for coordination of manufacturing operationsWorks independently within guidelines and policies, receives minimal guidance. Acts as a resource for colleagues with less experience and provides functional guidanceIndependently complete the installation, commissioning and basic troubleshooting according to the manufacture work instructionsFulfill daily output ensuring production targets are met also meets the quality request and delivery date committed to the planning. Zero defects in all products; and escalate any issue to department supervisor or managerDaily inspection and maintenance of test equipment and so onComprehensive understanding of related production SOP and strictly implement themProficiently use tools such as safety testers and so on ,and improve the installation and commissioning skills by continuous learning According to the actual operation, put forward the rationalization of production improvement suggestions, and constantly optimize the production process to improve production efficiencyCollaborate with technical support, PQE and other personnel to solve problems, speed up the analysis of the root cause of non-conformities in production line and complete the repair of the instrumentComplete production records on time and support on review, conduct mutual review of production records if neededDaily monitoring, cooperate with the Manager or Supervisor to investigate issues in order to reduce down time and ensure smooth production and meet productivity and quality targetsResponsible for line clearance and re-check of equipmentFollow SHE Policy in workshop to ensure compliance with company regulationOn time complete companies' relative trainingComplete other tasks from the managerQualification & Experience:
