Manufacturing Engineer

Create, implement and manage predictive maintenance program to ensure equipment availability.

Create, implement and manage a life cycle strategy to ensure equipment availability at optimal cost.

Develop capability of self and team through training to foster reliability culture.

Investigate, learn and implement new or existing technology to improve asset performance.

Utilize data analysis and customer feedback to identify potential problems and develop countermeasures to reduce impact to SQCDME (Safety, Quality, Cost, Delivery, Morale, and Environmental).

Support facilitation of cross function team analysis activities to identify criticality, failure mode and root cause to improve/sustain asset reliability.

Review equipment downtime reporting data to ensure completeness and accuracy.

Collaborate and communicate equipment activities with internal/external departments to understand change points and adopt best practices that will improve equipment reliability.

Confirm spare parts accuracy and availability to achieve MTTR (Mean Time to Repair) and MTBF (Mean Time between Failures) targets.

Support equipment specification design and acceptance to improve equipment MTTR (Mean Time to Repair) and MTBF (Mean Time between Failures) characteristics.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $35.00 - $50.00
