Key Responsibilities:

Project Management: Assist in the planning & execution of the projects within your department.Data Analysis: Ability to collect, analyze, and interpret process data to identify trends, troubleshoot issues, and implement improvements Technical Support: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to solve technical challenges and improve processes.Continuous Learning: Participate in training sessions and workshops to enhance your knowledge and skills.

Qualifications:

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical/Electrical/Material Science/Applied Physics from a recognized institution.Technical Skills: - Basic knowledge of CAD Drawings- Statistical Process Control (SPC) - Lean Manufacturing PrinciplesProblem-Solving: Good analytical and problem-solving skills Communication: Good written and verbal communication skills.Teamwork: Strong team mindset and collaborate with colleagues across various departments.Adaptability: Willingness to learn, quick thinking and flexibility to fast changing environments.

Preferred Qualifications:

Internship experience in a related field is a plus.Knowledge of - Six Sigma- Phyton- PowerBi- Experience with : Minitab/JMP/SQL
