The Manufacturing Engineer for Cytiva is responsible for successful progress of the initial plant project and ensuring production facilities run smoothly. This position is part of the Engineering Team (MFG) located in Song-Do(In-Cheon) and will be working on-site (Factory) At Cytiva, our vision is, to advance future therapeutics from discovery to delivery. What you will do: + Own individual project – site production improvement - within team and achieve agreed goals in Manufacturing Area + Daily Engineering activities and support to each project goal + Hold responsibility and ownership on assigned task & project - maintenance equipment in Manufacturing Area + Having responsible for technical documentation for governance meeting Cytiva-overall standard as well as country standard Who you are: + Bachelor’s degree in manufacturing engineering, Project engineering, Mechanical engineering, Electrical engineering or similar engineering and at least working for similar role min 3years (대리급) + Hands-on experience (maintenance / troubleshooting) in manufacturing environment or field-based maintenance department. + Validation experience both hands-on & documentation creation (FAT, SAT,IQ OQ PQ). + Understanding and working practices of Lean tool, Engineering Software (AutoCAD,etc), Project tools, statistical tools + Good knowledge in development, project management, manufacturing and validation of new equipment and layout of new production cells. Travel, Motor Vehicle Record & Physical/Language/ Environment Requirements: + Proficiency in writing and reading English is high required, and native Korean speaker to deal with service provider and major customers + Ability to travel abroad upon business needs + If foreign national, legal work permit is required to pursue employment contract by Korean immigration law + Ability and resilience to manage required chemical materials to pursue task in healthy and safe condition + Ability to lift, move or carry equipment up to 10kg, any other physical requirements It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in: + If you have experience in various fields such as automation, electrical engineering, and mechanical engineering, it would be even better. + It would be even better if you have actual experience in continuous improvement to enhance the OEE (Overall Equipment Effectiveness) of production facility + If you have experience with factory data such as MES AND SCADA, that would be beneficial.
