**Job Description Summary**
We are looking for an experienced Manufacturing Engineer to join for our Manufacturing Engineering team at the Helsinki factory. In this role, your main job is to support manufacturing daily activities, participate NPI/transfer projects and improve production processes. You will work in close co-operation with engineering, AME (Advanced Manufacturing Engineer), production, and quality.

**Job Description**
**Roles and Responsibilities**
+ Set up new process through validation and qualification, risk assessment through PFMEA (Process Failure Mode Effect Analysis), training of Personnel through SOP (Standard Operating Procedures)
+ Resolve manufacturing and quality problems related to methods, processes, tooling, equipment, and product design.
+ Participate in new product introductions through process layout, tool development, and new equipment. Ensuring regulatory compliance through Validation & Verification - Plan execution and analysis
+ Develop and implement process improvements to enhance productivity, quality, and safety.
+ Collaborate with design engineers to improve product design for manufacturability.
+ Ensure products are manufactured reliably and perform consistently in specified operating environments.
+ Create and maintain manufacturing process documentation, including technical reports and process specifications.
+ Ensure compliance with all manufacturing safety regulatory policies and procedures.
**Required Qualifications**
+ Bachelor’s degree in Manufacturing Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
+ Proven experience in manufacturing engineering or a similar role.
+ Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes, equipment, and safety standards.
+ Excellent problem-solving skills
+ Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
+ Strong project management skills
+ Fluency in Finnish and English (both written and spoken)
**Desired Characteristics**
+ Experience of Lean Manufacturing concepts and practices.
+ Demonstrated ability to analyze and resolve problems.
+ Experience of technical documentation
+ Experience in project managemental tasks, ability to drive project schedule and execution.
+ Previous experience in a regulated industry
