Manufacturing Engineer

Summary: Seeking a Manufacturing Engineer / CNC Programmer to optimize manufacturing methods and processes through CNC programming, tooling, and fixturing.

Requirements:

2-year technical degree in CNC programming/machining or High School diploma/GED with 7 years of experience. 5 years' experience with CAM Programming software (e.g., GibbsCAM, Mastercam). Experience in metal fabrication production environment. Skilled in SolidWorks and AutoCAD 2D. Ability to read and interpret drawings, blueprints, and technical instructions.

Preferred Skills:

Experience specifically with GibbsCAM and ProNest. Hands-on experience with CNC Machining, Lathes, and Plasma Cutting Tables.

Responsibilities:

Generate CAM Programs for CNC Mills, Lathes, and Plasma Cutting Tables. Develop investment strategies for upgrading assets or procuring new technologies. Lead on Technical Machining issues including equipment selection and run speeds. Provide technical information on manufacturing techniques/technologies. Maintain and update CAM software packages.

Pay Details: $70.00 to $80.00 per hour
