Summary: Seeking a Manufacturing Engineer with aerospace industry experience to drive process improvements and support production teams in a precision machined components company.

Job Requirements:

Aerospace industry experience Ability to read, write, and speak English Root Cause Analysis expertise Process/Continuous Improvements knowledge Troubleshooting skills Legal authorization to work in the US without sponsorship

Preferred Skills:

SolidWorks proficiency Familiarity with MRP/ERP systems (e.g., Job Boss 2) CNC machining and Mastercam experience is a plus Knowledge of ISO 9001, AS9100 standards

Job Responsibilities:

Drive and support process improvement in Engineering, Production, and Quality departments Create models and operation sheets using SolidWorks software Develop and maintain CNC programs with Mastercam software Perform contract reviews for orders and manage purchase orders/change orders Create routers/job traveler packs to meet customer requirements Provide technical assistance to production and quality teams Implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity and reduce waste

Pay Details: $100,000.00 to $150,000.00 per year
